During our family vacation at Mercure Madrid, we had a truly delightful experience. The hotel's family-friendly amenities and activities made our stay unforgettable. The kids absolutely loved the outdoor pool, where they splashed around for hours. We also enjoyed the convenient location, making it easy for us to check out an event at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, a highlight for all of us. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. The complimentary drink upon arrival was a nice touch that added a warm and personal touch to our experience.Mercure Madrid provided a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for families, with a range of amenities and activities that catered to guests of all ages. Our family will definitely be returning for another memorable stay at this fantastic hotel.
